Scientific Article Publication on the SiBook Website
We are proud to announce that starting in December 2024, the SiBook (Garasi Buku dan Obrolan Keilmuan) website will feature a new content segment: scientific articles. These articles are not journals but compilations of papers derived from seminars, discussions, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) that have taken place. This initiative aims to broaden access to the insights and knowledge generated from scientific discussions and to promote the development of science across various fields.
Why Publish Papers from Seminars and FGDs?
Leveraging Collective Knowledge
Seminars and FGDs often produce fresh ideas, new perspectives, and innovative solutions worth sharing on a broader scale. Through this publication, we aim to ensure that the results of these discussions go beyond the seminar room and are accessible to the global scientific community.
Providing Alternative Scientific References
Not all research or scientific discussions need to be published in journals to make an impact. By publishing papers from discussions, readers will gain access to relevant, practical, and academically valid references.
DOI (Digital Object Identifier) Integration
To ensure credibility and accessibility, each article published on SiBook will be assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier). The DOI ensures that the articles can be officially cited in other scientific works and are permanently available online. This reflects our commitment to maintaining high-quality scientific publication standards.
Publication Procedure and Criteria
- Articles will be sourced from seminars, discussions, or FGDs that align with the focus of Garasi Buku and Obrolan Keilmuan.
- Articles will undergo an editing process to ensure readability and quality.
- Each article will be assigned a DOI, making it an official and citable reference.
- Articles will be openly published on the SiBook website for broad access.
Objectives and Aspirations
- Enrich the pool of scientific references, especially those based on discussions and seminars.
- Open opportunities for collaboration among researchers, academics, and practitioners.
- Help disseminate innovative ideas that support the advancement of science in Indonesia and globally.
SiBook.id invites you to stay updated and explore these articles starting in December 2024. We believe that sharing knowledge is the first step toward meaningful change.
